What if the World ‘Ran Out’ of Plastic Shopping Bags?

Let’s say, hypothetically, the world runs out of plastic, which means the world will have run out of plastic shopping bags. Can you imagine the long lines? People lined up to throw themselves off the Brooklyn Bridge because they’ve lost their plastic shopping bags. People leaping from tall buildings in a ‘single (ouch) bounce’ because they have no more plastic shopping bags. We can’t let such an ‘unnatural disaster’ happen folks! No, write your Congress person and demand a National Reserve of plastic shopping bags!
